will anti-ageing creams actually prevent me getting wrinkles as bad?
im 18, i use anti-wrinkle eye cream, day cream, night cream and a serum.
will my skin be better when im 40 compared to someone who hasnt moisturised (with anti-wrinkle cream) every morning and night? or is it just a big con to make you buy stuff!
(i cleanse tone and moisturise every morning and night, and use eyelash conditioner and collagen boosting lip treatment)
Most anti eye wrinkle products are formulated for skin that is losing collagen and elastin, which begins to happen usually in your early 30s. So, you are probably using products that aren’t designed for your skin. It’s great that you are washing your face twice a day and using a good moisturizer, but you don’t need those heavy-duty anti eye wrinkle products at your age. Rather, you should be more focused on preventing sun damage. Wearing sunscreen every day will be more beneficial in the long run than using all of those products now. Get a moisturizer with at least spf 15, and wear sunglasses regularly to protect the delicate skin around your eyes. You’ll thank yourself in 20 years!
